Welcome to FreeBiodataMaker.app. Protecting personal privacy and matrimonial data is a core priority. This privacy policy informs users on how personal data is managed and protected when visiting the website and utilizing the biodata creator.

2. Data Collection

The platform collects information voluntarily provided during the biodata generation process. This includes:

• Personal details (Name, Date of Birth, physical attributes, etc.)
• Family background and lineage details
• Contact and communication details
• Photographs uploaded for the template layout

3. Data Usage

Provided information is used solely to compile and generate the marriage biodata PDF document. No personally identifiable information is sold, traded, rented, or transferred to third-party marketing entities.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

User information is stored securely using Firebase Firestore databases and Firebase Cloud Storage. All data is encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256 encryption keys).

Photo Processing: Uploaded profile pictures are cropped client-side (directly on the user's device) before transmission to optimize file size and ensure security.

Retention Period: Biodata data payloads and final generated PDF files are retained on the servers for a maximum of 30 days. This transient caching ensures that users can access, re-download, or share their generated PDF files via their unique retrieval URLs.

Permanent Purge & Deletion Requests: After 30 days, the server-side cron triggers a permanent, non-recoverable purge of all database values and files. Users who wish to delete their profile details immediately before the 30-day auto-purge can initiate an immediate deletion request by emailing support@freebiodatamaker.app.

5. Cookies

Cookies may be used to enhance the user experience, such as remembering selected templates or form preferences. Cookies can be disabled through browser-specific settings.
